2. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or upon confirmation for COD orders.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our customer service team.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Refusal of Delivery

  • If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order without a valid reason (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), future COD orders may be restricted.
