Returns and Refunds

At JUST SBR, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to shop with confidence. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy.

1. Package Policy

·       We allow inspection of the shipment before receipt, so make sure of your size carefully before completing the purchase process by using the size chart or contacting us via messages for assistance.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange, whether in-store or online.
• Condition Requirements: To be eligible, items must be:
• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
• you will be charged for the return & exchange fees

3. In-Store Refunds & Exchanges

• Visit Any of Our Stores: Bring your item and receipt to any JUST SBR store across Egypt.

4. Online Refunds & Exchanges

• Contact Us: If you’re unable to visit a store, email support@justsbr.com with your order number.
• Documentation Required: Be sure to retain your receipt and ensure the item meets all condition requirements.
• Inspection Process: Once received at our warehouse, the product will be inspected to confirm it meets our return criteria.

5. Accepted Refunds

• For returns approved within the 14-day period, refunds will be processed through Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
• We will deduct the shipping fees.

ACCESSORIES CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

 رضا عملائنا هو أولويتنا القصوى، ونريدك أن تتسوق بثقة. يرجى تخصيص بعض الوقت  لمراجعة سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال لدينا 

1.سياسة فتح الشحنة:

نحن نسمح بفحص الشحنة قبل استلامها، لذا تأكد من مقاسك بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء باستخدام جدول المقاسات أو التواصل معنا عبر الرسائل للحصول على المساعدة

2.القدرة على الاستبدال والاسترجاع: 

لديك 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء لطلب استرداد الأموال أو الاستبدال، سواء في المتجر أو عبر الإنترنت.

 متطلبات الحالة: لتكون مؤهلاً، يجب أن تكون العناصر

بنفس الحالة التي تم الاستلام بها:

غير ملبوسة أو غير مستخدمة، مع إرفاق كافة الكروت الأصلية

في العبوة الأصلية

مصحوبًا بإيصال أو إثبات الشراء

مصاريف الاستبدال او الاسترجاع سوف تتحملها انت

3.المبالغ المستردة والاستبدالات داخل المتجر: 

• قم بإحضار السلعة والإيصال الخاص بك إلى أي متجر JUST SBR قم بزيارة أي من متاجر في جميع أنحاء مصر.

4.الاسترجاع والاستبدال عبر الإنترنت. 

اتصل بنا: إذا لم تتمكن من زيارة أحد المتاجر، أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى support@justsbr.com مع رقم طلبك. 

الوثائق المطلوبة: تأكد من الاحتفاظ بالإيصال الخاص بك والتأكد من أن السلعة تلبي جميع متطلبات الشرط

عملية الفحص: بمجرد استلام المنتج في مستودعاتنا، سيتم فحص المنتج للتأكد من أنه يلبي معايير الإرجاع الخاصة بنا

5.طلبات الاسترجاع المقبولة:

متوسط فترة ارجاع الاموال هي 10 ايام

بالنسبة للمرتجعات التي تمت الموافقة عليها، ستتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة من خلالinstapayاو vodafone cash 

سوف نخصم مصاريف الاسترجاع من ثمن القطع التي تم استرجاعها

لايمكن استرجاع او استبدال الاكسسوارات
